About the Norwood Park Senior Center
Opened in 2009, the Norwood Park Senior Center is a partnership between Norwood Seniors Network, the City of Chicago's Department of Family Services, and the Chicago Park District.The 7,000 sq feet facility currently has over 500 members and boasts a large fitness center with state-of-the-art strength training and cardiovascular equipment as well as a computer lab, library, conference room, and wellness room. The Center offers computer training, yoga, dance, and participation in trips and special events. Additionally, lunch is served at the Center, Monday through Friday.
